Our program combines elite basketball training with leadership development, mental performance coaching, and mentorship from Olympians and Hawai'i's top women leaders.
Every session is designed to develop the whole athlete — mind, body, and character — preparing girls not just for sport, but for life.

Basketball Training
On-court skill development sessions led by Olympian-level coaches. Fundamentals, team play, game IQ, and competitive preparation.
Leadership Workshops
Off-court sessions on mental performance, character development, communication, and life skills led by sports psychologist Irena Andjelković.
Olympian Mentorship
Direct access to Olympians and elite athletes who share real stories, life lessons, and guidance from the world's highest stages.
Executive Speaker Series
Conversations and leadership lunches with Hawai'i's accomplished women executives and business leaders.
